Fresh Meat Deliveries

Our fresh meat products are only available in store, click and collect or for local Hawkes Bay delivery. (Hastings, Napier, Taradale, Havelock North)

We really want you to enjoy our wors so don't want to take the chance of it spoiling on route to you via courier.

Feel free to contact us to see what arrangements we can make if you are really desperate and just can't go without!

It will cost a little more though to get it to you out of town.

If you accidentally add any fresh meat to your order because you didn't have your glasses on to see this message, we will contact you regarding a refund or exchange for this item (you could always swap it for our delicious biltong or droewors!)

Butchery Products

All of our butchery products are made in house and although we do our best to make sure there is a ready supply, we do sell out from time to time. We thank you for your patience as we make up new meat products, this may affect your order delivery time. We will be in contact with you if there are unexpected delays.

Delivery and Collection Times

Please allow a minimum of 24 weekday hours for your online orders to be ready for collection and dispatch. If you have ordered butchery products, please allow up to 48 weekday hours for your order to be ready for collection or dispatch. If there happen to be any public holidays involved, we will do our best to work around these, but are of course limited by the timeframes provided by couriers.

Weekday Delivery

All orders placed on Wednesday onwards in the week will only be shipped the following Monday. This is to prevent perishable items from sitting in a depot over the weekend. If you would like your items to be delivered to you in the same week, it is essential that you place your order on Monday or Tuesday of that week. Visit our Shipping & Delivery page for all of our delivery details.

Perishable Items

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that things like Milk Tarts and other perishable items will arrive in the same condition that they left our store in. Therefore these items are baked fresh and are available in store only. You can buy find us at 521 State Highway 51, Whakatu, 4180, Hawke's Bay.
